The fleet platform East Africa deserves
We exist to make East African fleets safer, more efficient and more profitable — by building telematics for the roads, regulations and realities operators here work with every day, not a version watered down from somewhere else.
7 markets · 8 offices
Africa-native, not Africa-adapted
IntelliFleet 360 started in Nairobi in 2021, after our founders spent years watching capable global platforms buckle on the ground here — dropping signal on the Northern Corridor, ignoring M-Pesa, and exporting reports NTSA would never accept.
So we built the opposite. A platform where store-and-forward tracking, NTSA reporting, county-fleet workflows, mobile-money reconciliation and KES pricing are the foundation — not a plugin bolted on for an "emerging market." Today that platform runs the daily operations of 15,000+ asset owners across seven markets, from matatu saccos in Nairobi to mining hauliers on the Mombasa Road and cold-chain runs into Kigali.
- Founded 2021 in Nairobi — headquartered in Upper Hill, with engineers and technicians on the ground across the region.
- Built for the operating context — rural dead zones and local compliance are the design brief, not edge cases.
- Judged on outcomes — −54% harsh-driving events and 3.2× faster NTSA reporting, reported by real customers.
What "Africa-native" looks like at scale
Six principles we actually run on
They show up in the product, the support line and how we price — not just on a wall.
Numbers, not adjectives
We measure everything and say it plainly. A −54% harsh-braking result beats a paragraph about being "robust." If we can't quantify it, we don't claim it.
Built for the last mile here
Rural black spots, matatu stages and county depots are the design brief. If it doesn't work past the tarmac, it isn't finished.
Earn the trust daily
Fleet data is sensitive. ISO 27001, transparent uptime and honest alerts mean managers act on what we show instead of arguing with it.
Ship, then improve
We'd rather put a working feature in a customer's hands this month and refine it than perfect it in private for a year.
Local support, always
Real people in your timezone, in your language, who know the difference between a sacco and a county fleet. No overnight ticket queues abroad.
Priced in shillings
KES pricing with hardware and installation included. No forex surprises, no import shock — just a number a Kenyan finance team can plan around.
